Is there a retainer to book my session?
Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date on my calendar. This ensures that I can dedicate the necessary time to preparing for your session.
What does the payment schedule look like?
The remaining balance for your session is due one week prior to our scheduled date. For seniors and weddings, custom payment plans are available to make the investment manageable for you.
What happens if we need to reschedule?
I understand that life happens! We can reschedule for illness or inclement weather at no additional cost. For other reasons, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to move your retainer to a new date.
Do you charge travel fees within Illinois?
Travel within a 50-mile radius of my hometown is included. For locations further away, a modest travel fee is applied to cover mileage and time, ensuring I can reach your dream location.
When will I receive my final images?
Standard lifestyle sessions are delivered via an online gallery within 2-4 weeks. Wedding galleries typically have a 6-8 week delivery timeline, often with a 'sneak peek' preview within the first week!
